Expensive Seedlings dying!

I might add, next time, wait a little longer before transplant. Let your seedlings make a root network. And after transplant , dont push them or the soil hard. that can break the roots. just mist your medium and water after couple of days.

@S. African grower I've still never heard of unbalanced seeds. I just Googled it and I'm seeing nothing. Maybe a little education?

Has anyone else hear of this? When did Dinafem start selling suspect seeds??

He likely bought through one of the local outlets, they tend to stock dinafem and humboldt seeds.

I still say he planted too late outdoors for SA conditions, even with Durban being a bit milder climate.

If I were to put a seed outdoors now, it will scorch and die the moment it breaks soil.

Good point. Humidity doom works on seedlings too.

One day if u start crossing your own strains you will have to learn about balancing the strain.. Too complex to explain now.. If you search the right place u will find it.. Research more on crossing strains

If a strain was mixed with the strain ruderalis and not balanced properly.. U will have a utter useless plant if it even grows..or else it just a bunch of mutations

Dinafem doesn't sell unbalanced seeds. if anything your exploiting them because you keep killing them because you don't know what you're doing then telling dinafem theres something wrong with their seeds. (By the way Dinafem already knows it's you, not there seeds you're the only one who seems not to get that) I don't believe they've sent replacements to you four times anyway

I could take a picture of the tins that came the 4 times but frankly... Why don't u find another thread to crap on

Fair enough. But I don't cross my own strains, I buy them from reputable seed banks. Which is exactly what you appear to be doing. However, you tell me all about how complex the topic is and can't discuss it, and Google can't seem to find anything when I type in "Unbalanced Marijuana" or "Unbalanced Marijuana Seeds". I simply get results related to THC/CBD ratios, physical effects on different people, etc. I find nothing dealing with crossing strains or poor seeds.

Again, I get NOTHING on what you are describing, so I'm asking what it is. If you don't want to explain, cool, maybe someone else will pop in and explain. But Dinafem isn't selling (or giving) you shit seeds, so let's rule that out.

Your soil looks like a building site.

in 40 years growng never heard of an"unbalanced" strain or was it seed?
I believe they are attempting to say 'genetically unstable' or that the strain wasn't crossed enough times and is producing MANY phenos. In any case, this has nothing to do with Dinafem. The guy planted a seedling in what looks like a building site... Soil full of concrete and shit..

That it tree bark that comes mixed in the organic potting mix not concrete

Tree bark is not a good additive for growing cannabis, but it should not be causing the problems you are seeing.
