Exhaust/Fan running time, Fan Direction

Hi everyone, do I keep both the exhaust fan and the circular fan running 24/7 or can they be switched of for a certain period?

Do you point the circular fan directly at the plants to make them stronger, or do u point the fan slightly away/above/below?

Any advice appreciated.

All fans 24h, circulation I have blowing over the canopy and one below blowing up.

In my veg room all fans are off for 6 hours , but I leave all my fans in flower on 24/7
