Hmm I'm wondering if it is a calcium issue. Those brown spots look familiar to a couple pictures I've see of bad calcium deficiency.

Nah meter spot on i check it with cup I have in fridge with the ph buffer in it 3 diff ones but honestly I just think it is well water I think if I switch to ro bought water and synthetic nutes, cal mag and h202 off the beginning I should be good
I just realized you said you had your buffer in the fridge, does your meter auto calibrate for temp? If it doesnt then having the temperature off will make the ph off.

Whenever I see those brown spots, it’s always cal/mag deficient. You said you PH to 6.1, I assume you’re growing hydroponically or in coco. If not, that’s your problem. Bump that PH up to 6.5-7 if you’re in soil and it should stop. How much calmag are you using per gal of water? I use tap water also, and thought I didn’t need calmag because tap should have enough Calcium in it, boy was I wrong. Apparently my tap water is cleaner than I gave it credit for. Not everyone’s tap water is the same quality unfortunately.
