i would never get one of those....youre just asking for legal trouble imo...i dont care what state law says, when its that clear that youre growing for reasons other than your own use the law is gunna try to fuck you one way or another...unless weed is completely legalized would i fuck with a grow like that

i bought a bunch of clones from a collective in oakland, The guys running the collectives up there said there always looking for vendors.. i mean it was like i could see the desperation in their eyes
well, i would much rather have a rec that lets me grow up to 99 than a rec that lets me grow 6-12 !!!
try to get a happy median.. im pretty shure the docs recomend based on how much you smoke a day, or a week depending on the question. i belive i said an 1/8 every day or two an i got my recomandation that is well above what i need for myself, and a added profet. and still well under that big ol 99 plants and shit ton of pounds dry whatever.

A 99 plant doctors rec does hold up in court. It's legal.
maybe in the long run if your legit and can prove thats how much you need for medical use. they still take you in and you have to bail out. I have the 2010 supreme court rulling on all that. I was looking at the case law to see if anyone else has been in trouble for the same thing and how much time they got to help my case. theres alot of people arrested and fighting cases for a legit grow.
Not everyone can go to that court.
It's a supreme court decision. Once it's ruled upon there, it's law. Applies to all Cali courts.
ill pm you a pic here soon ! im knee deep in it right now! mine finished in 9 weeks. however it does grow wierd, very stretchy and grows out of control ! My temps were 69* indoor and some came out with a purplish tint !!
I didn't know about the supreme court thing. But even still, I think they provide a false sense of security. It's pretty hard to make a successful 99 plant grow look like it's for personal medicine.

that is one way to go about it. I still prefer to have multiple locations with modest grows. My largest is 63 plants and my mo and girl have to cards to cover it. thats there plan as well. they cook with it
I still could never do that, whether you want to admit it or not when you want a rec to grow 99 plants and possess multiple pounds, its also going to be pretty hard to convince anybody that youre growing for yourself....I feel like somebody is gunna try to fuck you over. Collective gardener, 250 plants? between how many patients? Im glad you feel safe and have that lawyer working with you. I personally could never feel safe enough to do something like that unless it was legalized on a federal level.
