No, Jack wants to do more than gag you, he wants to imprison you for the rest of your miserable existence... If Donald delays his Georgia trial enough, Jack could convict him first and he will appear on national TV in orange coveralls, where he can explain it all to the judge, jury and nation, under oath from the witness box and be subjected to savage cross examination by prosecutors.

It will epic TV with coconspirators already found guilty and others who will plead for deals before the big trial begins. The evidence will be presented to the public twice on TV, once for the first batch and repeated for the second. It does not matter if they see the case Willis will present for the first bunch, it will be so overwhelming his lawyers at least will know Trump is screwed. The first batch and those who plead out will all point the finger at Trump and probably testify against him for time shaved off.

Thinking about Trump's Georgia trial, if Jack convicts him first, he will be in orange on TV. All the TV legal people will be primed by the first case and will know what exactly will go down during Donald's trial in Georgia. His coconspirators in the first batch should be convicted and even sentenced by the time the second trial starts. I figure a delayed trial in Georgia would be ok, it would give Jack plenty of time to convict Trump and he might be unlikely to get out of custody pending appeal in DC. How would it look if his coconspirators in DC who were tried later didn't also get out of jail after conviction pending appeal, it would be the same in Georgia, they are all indicted as a group in both places, but just Donald is alone in DC, so far. Donald walks around free spewing shit while the cuffs go on in court upon conviction for the rest, as is the normal practice? Think Chutkan will treat Trump differently than those she knows she will have to try later for the same crime? Think she will jail them upon conviction and let Trump run around loose on appeal after he is convicted?

We will see soon in Georgia with the trial of cheese and crackers, when they are convicted in court on TV, will the cuffs go on then as is the normal case with people facing long prison sentences? If the bracelets go on in court on TV for them, then they should for the rest including Trump. I guess we might know before the new year and have a preview of how Trump will be treated when is convicted in Georgia. If they don't get out pending appeal, neither will he, equality under the law.

Think about Trump's reaction to the first bunch found guilty in Georgia before the end of the year. Will the cuffs go on in court upon conviction for them, as is the normal practice? Will they get out of jail after conviction pending appeal? Same for DC when Trump is convicted there, the other coconspirators will be tried later there too, by the same judge, will they get out pending appeal? Equality under the law leads me to believe Donald will be locked up upon conviction in DC this spring and stay in jail pending appeal. He might be disqualified from the GOP primary before that though.

One wonders what will happen to the magats and republican party when a state supreme court in Minnesota or Colorado declares Trump disqualified along with the secretary of state, then it goes to the SCOTUS. I predict it won't be there long before they make the call, it should be unanimous too and Trump and his fans won't like it. Then again, they don't like the US constitution or rule of law either and are largely fact free. I wonder how many of them will write him in on the ballot, especially if he promotes the idea. The republicans would promise him anything to avoid that, "we will not only pardon you, but we will also help you to overthrow the government again and appoint you King of America"!

Something else for Jack to investigate...

BREAKING: Reporters drop bombshell, reveal that “a secret campaign coordinated by top Trump allies” got Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton acquitted at his impeachment by threatening senators with “a very well-funded primary opponent in their next election.”

But it gets WORSE…

“Top Republican strategists” spilled the beans, telling Axios that Trump and his allies may have broken several election laws, because they “organized an under-the-radar campaign of outside conservative pressure on the Texas senators designed to neutralize mainstream media coverage” — and that “this outside unofficial team operated independently of the Paxton legal operation — like a super PAC.”

The bombshell report continues, revealing how “Pro-Paxton forces also paid social media influencers to defend the attorney general,” including white nationalist group Turning Point USA's Charlie Kirk, which was described as “vital” because “he had his people posting senators' office numbers and was giving them out on his show. Driving the senators absolutely crazy."

Once again, Trump and his propagandists made mockery of the law to get one of their fellow criminals off the hook.

This cannot stand.
