Exactly when to stop watering during flowering?

I am almost at the end of flowering. Most of the hairs have turned orange but I dont know when I should stop giving the plant water. Can anyone help me...anything is appreciated.

how many weeks in flower are you? sativa or indica? did you get your second growth spurt of your buds yet?
have you used a jewelers loupe and checked the trichs?

i have read about them...but i dont have a magnifiying glass or the jeweler tool where can I get one.

you can get one something like this on ebay. there are different ones and different prices. you just have to shop around.
