My lovely ladies are in approw week 12 of flower and ripening nicely. They are grown indoor, 600 hps in coco (my 3rd grow).

The trichomes are still looking clear but in the last week the plants appear to have started re-growing in that the top of the buds have begun to sprout and grow up and out. They are still looking good but they haver definitely had a growth spurt compared to the last few weeks.

Having read many posts I am keen not to harvest too earlyt but wondered if I have left them too late or anyone had experienced something like this before ?

Thanks in advance

Couldn't be more wrong, I love when I see people talking out of their ass

Anyway, yes this is common especially in sativa strains. It sounds like you are having some late pistil growth and possibly foxtailing
Does it look like this?:
my last harvest looked just like that. What is it?? I thought I let flower too long and that it started to reveg..lol so I harvested it. Was that the wrong thing to do ..

What do you mean what happens? Foxtailing isn't a bad thing at all
Just let her finish until the pistils recede into the calyx and you will be ready to harvest

Some sativas take a REALLY long time to flower. I would take advantage of that extra growth and let it complete its full life cycle. You won't regret the patience.
