Ever seen a stoned tank at the cop shop?

Lots of drunk tanks at Every jail, but amazingly not a single holding cell for people who are just too stoned to function in public. Yet weed is illegal. F*&^%ing amazing. It just blows me away.

Well tbh,

A drunk tank is just a cell.

It would work just as well for a peaceful stoner as for a lary drunk.

And also, you don't really need a cell for stoners, its not like there aggressive or anything..

pot does nothing to affect who you are, alcohol people ebcome violent and act differently and need to be controlled or they cant function in public, ive never seen someone who smoked weed and did any of what was stated above
