Equipments all here, help me organize it all (soil grow)

I'm trying to figure out my options with the equipment I have.

My room is 9"x8"x8.5 and I plan on Vegging and flowering in this room.

I need help organizing my lights, trays, and fans.

I have (4) 600 watt lumateks, with rectangular xtrasun hoods.
I have (4) 2'x4'x6" trays.

I need ideas how I would arrange the lights and the trays in the room. Do I do the lights in a square pattern? Maybe a row? I don't plan on putting up mylar, just painting the room white.

Next thing is the fans. will a 4" vortex fan be enough intake for this size room or should I use a 6"? Will a 6" vortex fan be enough to exhaust this room or do I upgrade to an 8"?

My other option is SOG or larger plants in pots. (I know this is really up to me) I would like to stay below 100 plants, so what size pots do you recommend I get. The buckets then would drain into the trays.
In the past I have filled the trays up with coco and gone that way.

well figure out how you are gonna arrange the plants and then adjust your lights so that you get the best coverage possible
