Now think the plants need this from the charts and advice, so what is the dosage if i get it from the chemist - have looked at all the advice re my 'ill babes' and it points to this - the new leaves have yellow tips and the lower leaves yellow - cant bear to see them suffer -thanks - rita

If you can't bear to see them suffer do not attempt to correct a 'supposed deficience' by getting a doctorate. IF IN DOUBT FLUSH IT OUT. You accomplish this by pouring twice the capacity of1/4 strength nute solution thru the plant. This will leach the existing nutes and any salt build up leaving you a fresh slate to go on with from here. And the best part is you don't even have to know for sure what the problem was. VV
PS got any pictures, we like pictures, a picture is like a thousand words. And did I mention pictures.

A doseage of one teaspoon per gallon of epson salt for mag def. This will not hurt the plant even if it is some other def.

Maybe its my old eyes, I don't see any problems. The bottom leaves are often shed as a plant grows. All of the nutrients are taken by the plant and the leaf dies. VV
