Epilepsy! Strain? Smoke? Extract???

So what’s the new data on cannabis and epilepsy what do I need to grow and make from it to help someone with epilepsy

Good question because last year my wifes pothead cousin died from one of his seizures and he smoked dabs and flower constantly.

My uncle has bad seizures from after his bike wreck in 75. He was also a pothead and simply smoking had no effect on his condition.

Would be good to get some legit info
Because i see potheads with cancer and siezures disorders all over.
This alone tells me weed is not a cure all and it could cost you your life if you thought it was.

Now I do think it helps some people
And is amazing. But I would be scared shitless to recommend my uncle stop taking his meds and start eating weed.
