Enough light for veg?

i have 2 24” fluorescence bulbs pushing 2000 lumens each and 1 24” fluorescence fixture with an LED strip in it pushing 2400 lumens.
Currently have 6 seedlings in a 2 x 2 tent, I won’t be keeping all 6 seedlings just the 2 strongest. Is this going to be enough light for the veg?

If using T5 i would say double what you have. T12 you don't have enough room. Some of the cheaper LED are good for vegging, run fairly cool and provide decent coverage.

Alright I have 1 addition t5 I can put on tonight and 1 25w LED bulb. Would that be enough? Or should I look into some more expensive lighting? I don’t have a huge budget

I hear you. Add all the light you can. T5 is okay for early veg. Keep it close and they make for bushy plants that bear good bud. I suggest looking for a used HPS rig. Still the highest yielding light per dollar.

Depending on where you live you might be able to buy used "high bay shop lights". Usually from swapouts at parking areas or airports. Usually 400 watt with a metal halide or high pressure sodium bulb. Ballast is attached. Can be detached. Heavy. But usually $50 or less. I've run a few

I’m up in Alaska so it’s a little more pricey up here. I might go to my local grow store and get a ballast, light, and hood for 220. They have a deal going on so that’s prolly my best option right now

Amazon, brother. iPower sets. Digital ballast, cheap reflector, both bulbs and hangers. $125 delivered. Go with a 400 watt with that tent.

South Side Garden supply will haggle with me so I might go pay them a visit and see what I can get and if all else fails amazon it shall be
