End of Cycle or Issues?

2) Growing indoors
3) Watering schedule: every 2 to 3 days
4) Growing Medium: Soil - 2 gallon buckets (they were small plants when I started flowering).
5) What stage of growth: Week 9 1/2. This De La Haze is a 10-week-cycle plant (so far as I was told).

I have been using the municipal water supply to water my plants. I balance the pH between 6.2 and 6.7 (according to the color chart on my testing bottle). 1 1/2 weeks ago I started adding liquid calcium ( nectar of the gods). I have notice my humidity spiked to 90 but only for two days, and it always goes down to 45 when the lights are on.

I know this plant about four days away from harvest and I expect leaves to die, but I think I may have a final issue. I just flushed them with water. And I plan to flush again on Thursday night.

I'm removing a bunch of the leaves right now: not sure if I should, but I fear there may be too much decaying plant material in the room.

Thoughts or suggestions that may make me a better gardener?

A few images of the leaves I'm removing.

My thoughts are this:
1. If I remove leaves the energy from the plant is going to repair the spots, meaning I should not remove the leaves. Any thoughts on this?

2. The tiny leaves sticking out of the bugs have yellowing and browning tips. I need to research this.

As a newb, I think my issue may also have arisen due to dead plant material accumulating in my 4x4 foot watering tray. Anybody know if decaying material could cause what you see in the pictures? Does anyone have any science regarding how decaying matter affects these plant So?

I just drilled some holes in it and scrubbed it out.
