how long has ur snowcap been in veg for? do u have pics? shes lookin like shes gonna b a monster. i had attitude email me when they came in stock because of how good they r supposed 2 b but im not sure if im gonna break down n buy em. any suggestions on the snowcap n wwxbb? r they heavy or light feeders etc etc
I do have high hopes for Snowcap LA as well. Five weeks vegging, topped above the 3rd node and took four cuttings ~10 days ago (which is why she looks so thin) AND she has not been upcanned from a 1gal container yet! Got a backlog going into flower so I wanted to set her back a few weeks, though I am starting to feel bad about how I have treated her - unmolested she might just take off in growth so actual mileage may vary! As far as feeding, low does of Earth Juice veg cocktail at each feeding.

My standard approach to freebies is to veg just long enough to get viable cuttings, flower, harvest, quick-dry a small sample and try it out. If it has potential I'll keep one of the cuttings as a mum, flower the remaining clones applying what I have learned about their requirements in the previous run. If I am happy with these results keep the mum (at least for a while).

so both of the big girls are showing pistils, very excited :) i also started my DNA Limited Snowcap LA and and female seeds White widow X Big Bud. the snowcap is a freak, put her in the rockwool and 36 hours later she was sprouted, 12 hours later she had a root poppin out the bottom, put them in my new superroots pots. i couldnt make it to the store so i just used some left over FFOF i had so the pots arent completely full. but hey it is what it is, i dont plan on veggin them for too long any way.

I heard E Triangle has some qualty control, but then again this pheno (cross off chem dawg) I heard is slow vegging but stretches during 12/12. Triangle bred in genetics so it wouldn,t get too narly. First time I came u

yea they were kinda slow up untill around week 3, then they exploded. then when i put her into flower before she even showed sex she stretched a bit, but that could be because they went from a T5 to a 600w HPS

I am seeing the same with my two girls from fem seeds. First couple weeks slow veg but they are starting to take off (week 3).

Bummer. When I switched to from regular CFL to PL-L (T5 equivalent lights in veg, I didn't fully realize the substantial increase in intensity and nearly fried my first batch of seedlings. Once I figured the distance thing out I've had nothing but positive experience with them.

yea i have to leave the light off the seedlings alot farther than i would like. they really stretch n i dont like it, too much energy wasted on vertical growth instead of roots like it should b. speaking of stretches...day 42 both.jpgday 42 hb.jpgday 42 sw.jpg

so today is 2 weeks since they went into flower, not alot of pistils but a whole lot of stretch. those of u who have been here for a bit know that at one point i wasnt happy with the skywalker but now im in love! :weed: looks like i might start fuckin with the OGs after all lol. the blueberry is gonna be a big girl, attitude said tall n lanky and now im starting to see it. she does have some leaves that arent getting much light that look real N deficient. i kno it happens n they fall off and the rest of the plant is still a nice healthy green but its more than i would like to see. so what would u do? im posting a pic but its a HPS photo so it maybe hard to tell
