Elite membership. still able to buy?

When I go and try to pay for the Elite membership with a card the payment selection page is blank. Are elite memberships still available?

If you want to raise money via ads and have members click on them, it kinda helps not to have scam ads..

believe it or not those scam ads get more traffic than regular ads..... A lot of people are really dumb....or desperate
