yea it should be.. That's how they charge you. You should see how many kilowatt hrs u used and how much per hour. Most electric company's have peak hours as well, usually between 9am-9pm.. If you run your lights at non-peak hours you'll save money.
 
After refusing to fill out 50 surveys and 100 "free" offers I decided to give up trying to download this program.... good idea though, peace.
 
You know what suck, all the other charges they hit me with.


on my bill last month i used 137.53 in juice and 79.03 in extras. Feel like I'm being robbed sometimes.
