ebb n flow help roots are bad

im still new to ebb n flow grows and i been having problems, i can not figure out how many times and for how long should i flood my table. My medium is 4in x 4in rockwool cubes then i put it in my table full of clay pellets only barred about halfway right now im flooding 4 times a day thats ever 6 hours for 15min each time, i have looked at my roots and there small with alittle brown to them and smell fresh and green, my ph is 6 what should i do to help them recover

Doesn't sound that bad, honestly.
If you didn't wash your expanded clay good enough your roots can tint.
PH should be at 5.8.

How old are the plants?
Veg, Bloom?
Reservoir temperature?

Reservoir temperature are 82f 28c
there 2ft tall started flowering 1 week ago

Watch your reservoir temp. I'd also add a little chlorine or H2O2 when you are running over 80 in the res.
