Ebay vendor warning

hpsgrowlightstore on ebay is a complete ripoff. They sent the wrong bulb and ballast and expect me to pay the return/exchange
shipping for their fuck up.

If you and the seller can't resolve the issue ebay will step in and sort it out. Usually you just get your money back and the seller is left having to decide if they want to send you a shipping label.

You simply open up a dispute

I been using E bay forever with no problems. Between their protections and PayPal, you got your butt covered. Speak up and you should win. Best of luck...
