If you eat a sunflower seed, do you shit out a a sun flower? If you eat a pine nut, will you shit a pine cone? I sure as hell hope not... Marijuana is an annual flower, basically the same thing as cotton, or I think some sunflowers are annual's.
But basically, this is the old fear we all had when we were like 5, "If I eat a watermelon seed, will I grow a watermelon inside of me?"
The answer is no, you are just a complete waste to society and should be shot in the face.

just make sure you eat your lights too and plenty of good quality soil (assuming you don't want to grow hydro), i find it best if you run the power supply out of your ass, you will have trouble leaving the house for afew months unless you get a real long extension cable.......

i ate some w/w seeds about a month ago and right now they are in the veg state. i dunno if my rectum can hold it when it starts to flower though. its the best smelling shit around!
