Early signs of Nutrient Burn?

Here is my single bubblegum plant I am growing in a 2x2 tent. This is my second grow and I am using soil. Ph is around 6.2 and EC of runoff after feeding was 1.7. The tips are showing slight signs of nutrient burn I think? Should I back off feeding slightly or is this slight yellowing of tips good? Also any other observations you can make from the photos would be appreciated.

Where , how and why are you measuring your ph in soil?

I measure the Ph of the water before feeding and the runoff water. I do this to ensure that the Ph is properly balanced. I use a BlueLab combo meter for measuring Ph and EC.

The reason I grow in soil mix is because it acts as a ph buffer

I don't ph anything and use tap water at 8.1ph
Of course the ph swings as I add nutrients but the soil makes up for that
Chasing ph is a great way to lock out nutrients

I’m not chasing Ph. I just figured I would provide as much information to help diagnose the plant. I use reverse osmosis water and monitor Ph. My question was not whether I had the correct Ph but whether this was early signs of nutrient burn and if I should back off on my feeding. The reason I do this because on my first grow I just added nutrients to the water but since my water I not at ph of 8 it drove down my ph and caused nutrient lockout. Since I started monitoring ph and ph my water all ph issues resolved.

But I'm telling you that controlling nutrients in soil is easier without changing the ph

Slightly burning tips is par for the course I guess but me I use a turtle approach and increase nutrients as the plant matures

Cut it back if ya like but typically once you burn them it continues and will not reverse

Slow and steady wins in the growing race

I have been slowly increasing nutrients in fact I didn’t even give her nutrients until about 3 weeks into veg. I waited until my run off water EC dropped below 1.0 before beginning nutrients. I figured that she had used up a good portion of soil nutrients after that. I only feed her when EC of runoff drops below target level. I was just wondering if my target current target level of 1.7 is too high based off the light tip coloring. I will continue to Ph my water since I nearly killed my first plant when I didn’t.

What salts are you using? But nutrient burn, is nutrient burn, so back off on your feeding as soon as you start seeing white tips, because once they get yellow, they are burnt for good!

I am using General Organics Go box and I keep the ratios the same and just add until I get desired EC measurement.
