Dyna gro users, just bought grow and bloom

Depending on how the plants take, I just plan to mix 1 ml to gallon for first week after I get a few more nodes on my clones and distribute that water evenly between all of em.

Have you guys had much success dialing back? I know my super lemon haze strain is touchy so I may have to prep a seperate weaker gallon for that watering cycle and that runs long, when should I start shifting from 'Grow' to 'Bloom' in flower cycle?

Im mostly looking for what you guys have had success with, with the dyna gro line, and this is an organic soil grow not a hydroponics grow

I use Dyna gro also.. I'm 7 weeks veg introduced grow at 4weeks and it has done well for me. I will say only use about 1/2tsp per gal untill your plants get adjusted to it.. I was using a full tsp and after 2nd feeding detected traces of nute burn starting.. I flushed a week with water now I'm back to feeding and my plants look great!

I see what your saying. Well upon digging I found dropping from the 1.25 ml to the 1 ml has worked for a few people but I guess it depends how your plants take to it.

So youre using roughly 2.5 ml per gallon, were you using that from the start of veg?

No I started at week 4 I was really hesitant to start too early, I over fed some young ones a while back and killed them so ever since I wait till week 4 to introduce.

I use Gro, Bloom and Protekt (silica)....I have been using FFOF soil and don't even feed first 3-4 weeks. Then I start 2.5 mil usually feeding every other water and work it up to 5 ml. I use Gro first two weeks into flower then switch over to bloom. Or sometimes I transplant to bigger pots new soil week before flower and don't feed again for a couple weeks and go to bloom food. To be honest though you don't need bloom foods at all...you could do Gro or Foliage pro the whole way through. I kinda read the plants and try to keep them green, so if I need to mix bloom and gro or just a dose of gro I will do as needed. I like DG a lot has everything you need (micros)...

If I were you id post it in the nutrient section, homebrewer is always answering DG questions over there and seems to be the go to guy with questions about it. Not sure if he posts anywhere else much

Its rly amazing how potent a ml of solution can make a gallon of water for feeding. Gave me a lot of food for thought :)

My clones are prolly 5 days outside of the dome, been lightly misting the soil with just regular tap water, and today I mixed 5-1-1 fish emulsion with a quart of water, I think 2 tsp of that, and so far so good. Works great for those cuttings that are starting to show other nodes.

if you want an organic soil grow, Don't use dyna-gro. or any other synthetic nute or it won't be an organic soil grow. read here http://www.thesoilguy.com/SG/Home

feed the soil, the soil feeds the plant. that's organic soil growing.
