Dying leaves from too much watering or not enough aeration

Hello, these plants had a good veg. Although I think I was over watering them but they still looked good. I should add this is the first time using Rockwool, I only have done coco before this.

So then I flipped it into week 6 of veg
The next couple days all the plants were just wilting. I thought it was just stressed from the different times that were set.(lights on at night & off during day.)

2 weeks into flower, most plants a start showing deficiencies.

I noticed throughout the weeks that some plants were doing just fine and most weren’t. The difference between the plants were the healthiest ones were dryer than the dying plants. They were always heavy and not growing as fast as the dyier cubes.
The roots may have some rot.
It for sure is not getting enough oxygen due to the hand watering.( I water till run off, usually under 5 sec or more. Usually 2 hours before the lights turn off sometimes an hour before.)
PH is usually 5.8
PPM is usually 900-1000( I try to always keep it 950)
Water temp is usually 70-73 F
Then when res is refilled it’s 78F till it cools down
Nutes part A 14-0-8
B 3-13-17
Bloom is idk. I get back you guys on that.
I’m also using phosphorusload, but only for the past week.
So my recent solution clean my res with bleach and rinse it. Then add Orca( bennies) to my res(70 gal open with a water pump).
And for the cubes, I had intsalled these covers under the cube for more surface area to be exposed to air flow. Hopefully drying the cube before the next watering.

I’m crossing my fingers for this to work. Please give advice,
thank you

Lights on 12 am off 12 pm
Average temps 80-84 lights on
RH 50-65% lights on
Going on into week 4

I noticed there was almost no root coverage around at all on any of those blocks , 3 weeks into popping seeds , my 4 inch rockwool cubes have so many roots , there sticking out all sides and just loaded with roots coming out hairy and thick. Im not sure how you got a plant that big without having major roots. Ever consider thre not pruneing off proper and the blocks are full of salts that can flush out proper . Im thinking your blocks are salted. Slf 100 is your key to victory. Or flushing with a light nutrient blend. Overwatering will cause major issues too in rockwool. Mabey that helps
