By "good", what do you mean?

Do you mean cheap and with room to play with the NPKs? Might want to try GH micro/bloom (play with the ratios).

Do you mean cheap per use, concentrated, and has everything you really need? Check out dynagro.

Do you mean the label says it's amazing but you'll have to get the full line to get a complete/proper fertilization program going? If that is your thing, take a look at Canna, AN, H&G, etc.

Do you mean really really cheap, does okay, and you don't mind mixing? Then dry nutes (GH maxi, Botanicare Organicare, etc.).

There is no magic "be an awesome grower and just pump out dank" in a bottle solution, regardless what the labels say. I'd lean towards Dyna-Gro or Hesi. Dyna-Gro has everything needed, macros and micro, in one bottle. With it, you might optionally have at most like 2-3 other products (protekt, calmag, bloom booster) in your arsenal.

Hesi line is canna-oriented, consists of a veg fert (TNT), bloom fert (Hesi Bloom), pk13/14, and optional enzymes. Would still need something to adjust ph (ProTekt, adds silica and raises & stabilizes ph). So that is 5 bottles.

The promix HP you have is good and you can get great plants out of it. Just have to know how to use it and what to use with it. It is a great soilless media to use. Might want to not abandon it so quickly if you don't need to.

DWC systems introduce different problems such as the need to have oxygenated water, keep water temps low, and come with a higher risk for root diseases, all of which can be dealt with of course. Also, you'll need EC and PH meters if you don't already have them.

Keep in mind that the system chosen mainly impacts veg growth rates, maintenance routines, and fertilizer type (powered, granular, or liquid; organic or chem) used. Regardless of whether its soiless or hydro, the plant takes as long as it takes in flowering (give or take).

Canna line > Hesi line for sure. You don't need all their product like quisqueyano said.AQUA A+B that's it.It contain everything and some organic compound like fulvic. If I was not running a big res I would stick with Canna. Always had good result. Canna is probly the cleanest nutrients on market, very low in heavy metal. Otherwise,in promix I would go with dynagro.
