dwc vs hempy buckets

hempy is simple and works well. in my eyes its a better concept than dwc ive done hempy outdoor and in with great results.

Hempy Buckets are very simple and produce good results. DWC buckets are more complicated (especially at first) and produce great results. Hempy buckets can produce 3-4 oz plants if done correctly. DWC buckets can produce 3-4 POUND plants if done correctly. If you are willing to put in the time and money, to the point where it is basically a job, DWC WILL give you crazy results. Search "krusty buckets" and "Med Patiant Buckets" or "DoubleDs" over at THC farmer. The Krusty Buckets and MPB grows by Doubleds on that site will change your entire life if high yields are your goal. If you are less concerned with getting pounds and just want some smoke around the house, go hempy. Hempy is by far the easiest way to grow, period.

P.S., I'm currently doing a 60 plant Aeroflo2 grow. And, I miss hempy SOOO much! The other day I was very tempted to take out all my net pots and transplant them to hempy buckets! I didn't as I'm told once I get this aeroflo thing dialed in it will seem like magic. But right now it's SUCH a friggin chore! The only joy I get from growing right now is looking at my beautiful mothers who happily sit in the corner growing huge in HEMPY buckets.

Less than a half week.

I have 5 gallon buckets, so each is its own res.

The bigger you go, the less fluctuation you'll experience...

I'm running canna nutes, and I'm pretty sure that they really don't employ any sort of ph buffers...

so it goes up as the plant feeds past the upper "optimal" pH bound of 6.2, again, in less than a half week. But I do have tiny res's.

The other problem with DWC is as the water level lowers, the roots left out begin to die. Optimally, the whole root system should be under the water, again, a bigger res would help... Which I'll be doing next,

and adding a recirculating pump that has sprayers in the plant bucket, for a DWC Aero set up... and then the water can drain pretty damn low and not begin to kill roots.

Peace.
