I was fucked once. Had to tear down every-fucking-thing and hide it in the back of the actual room.
They have to take photos of every room. Not sure but I think I had a couple 4by4 tents up that I could do nothing to hide but they were dark.
Yeah imma wait until everythings done. Probably another 6 weeks everything will be dried and chopped.

Then its rdwc and a new lighting system in flower room, possibly COB. Id switch now but money is tight right now and we are trying to do floors.

Finally moved them to a bigger container. Fits about 9 gallons. 3x what I was working with before.

SHould help the spikes. 5.8@680
Looks stellar man. Love the new tub. Is it making a difference with the ph?

Sucks to do the tear down due to the appraisal. Last year when we were moving I had to setup and take down a couple of times due to inspections, etc. Just get a few red bull's on hand.

Rave music works pretty good too!
I put my rdwc system back in the tent and put the control bucket on the outside along with the filter, water and air pump. Makes it a million times easier to do everything. Also put some small 12v cob lights, and some green led's and hooked them up to some rocker switches I had and a 12v scooter battery from daughter's ezip. I get bored...
Can't wait to see your build!

Its technically already built. Just need to connect the supply manifold to the supply line. I was putting 5gal buckets in the totes lol since they are already in place.
Can't argue with that technique! I've been pretty happy with my re-build. Changing the system is very easy since that control bucket is isolated. I was changing the water today and was standing over the control bucket where it was dark and noticed a glow coming from the pvc pipe into the control bucket. I then realized the white pvc piping in the tent were acting like damn glow sticks. I decided to wrap them all up in some left over panda film. I should have known better. I've never had any major problems, but noticed if I did not stay on top of it I would get some growth in there. Hope this helps even more.

Last Thursday was day 35 for you, how much longer do you think you will go? I flushed with ro water the last 2 weeks starting at day 56 on that cherry gorilla. They didn't show any deficiencies for the first week at all. The second week they did their nitrogen purge pretty quick and were super ripe. I was only watching the trics, and perhaps it was coincidental, but everything 'ripened' at the same time. In the past I only did it for a couple days, but everything was always still super green at chop time and I can tell the difference. What is your rh there? How do you usually dry?

I'm going to have to do the same to my pipes. Tried finding insulating like armaflex, but nothing was in that size 1-3/8" OD pipe so i'd need 1-3/8" ID armaflex. Mine glow as well. But both my rooms are on the same schedule so it don't matter as far as light leaks

One GSCH is already turning pistils orange and receding in, buds are beginning to swell. Thinking 3 weeks at least for that one. Then the other still has white pistils, looks a little more sativa leaning given the thin fan leaf fingers. Id say that one has 4-5 weeks left.

Got a couple under the HPS that are a 2-3 weeks away. Just chopped the fruity chronic cookies #1 early because it was falling over it got way too lanky. Thinking of hashing the whole plant.

My harvests under the HPS were shit this round. Fruity Chronic COokies #2 looks good. Ca deficiency, but the buds are solid already, just not a lot of them.

My RH varies. Usually 45-70 in the summer. I just chop the plant and hang it upside down whole and pluck the big fan leaves off and hang dry for 2 weeks or so. Then I trim and jar and sometimes they still aren't ready so i'll let them air dry for a bit. I keep the drying area 60% RH.

I never get spectacular smelling or tasting buds. Its weird. I must be doing something wrong.

I don't flush at the end though. What difference do you find with flushing vs not flushing?

I don't flush, I think it fucks up the osmotic balance between roots and nutes. Instead, I gradually lower EC from about 2.0 around day 45 down to EC 1.2-1.4 by day 56.

I never flushed before, and the plants would never show deficiencies. They would always be super green at harvest. My blue power I did that way makes me cough with every hit. Was not sure if it was the strain, or if it was the nutes.

I struggle sometimes with drying/curing as well. It's so damn dry out here. I usually chop the plant, wet trim the buds but leave them on stems, hang them for 48-72 hours, when the outside gets crispy I usually take them down and put them in a tub for another day or two to keep the rh higher. Then into jars. I flushed this last round because my run of blue power makes me cough and I thought it could be because of the excess nutes. I've heard "flush out those nutes, your throat will thank you" a few times, so I thought I'd give it a try. I think it worked out pretty well, but I'm on the fence still.

Well nutrients are stored in the leaf. I never flush or cough. Sometimes i get a batch that has darker grey ash. But i equate that to not combusting fully. Lifes too short to hit bowls that are dark. I like green hits lol.

I heard the longer the dry the more chlorophyll is released. My drys take about 10-14 days. Then the bigger buds dry sometimes for another week.

I think the goal of the dry is to bring it slowly down to where it could be jarred and hold an rh of around 60 by itself as long as it does not smell like hay. I try to jar shortly after the hay smell goes away. I feel if you let it get too dry all smell and taste is lost for good. I do burp and even take the buds out every couple days and let them dry out for a couple hours. I don't have to do this once or twice before I just lave them in the jars for good. When I want some, I take out a small handful and leave it out for the day to crisp up (might take longer in higher rh enviro). The buds in the jars are slightly smooshy, but you can grind it up and roll a joint and smoke it no problem. I can't wait till you come out this way, I have your jar waiting.

Lemme know when the cooler weather comes back.

Im a low 80s dry guy myself. Anything hotter than that and I hate life.

Does it even get that hot around there?
