Use a heating mat just put a towel or two between the pad and rez to adjust temperature. I would look for a small waterbed heater.
Or just take an extension cord, cut the end off of it and throw it in the rez. Lol. Don't do that actually but it is kind of funny as the ground on my pump went south the other day and I reached in the water while draining it and I was like ...
