makes sense to me, i added straight water amd am down to 900ppm, see hiw she looks tonight. also raised water level, as the only brown roots is where there is no waterView attachment 3939907
Roots look healthy enough. I would also say you need to upgrade to bigger airstones. Looks like you are using those little fish tank stones. Your growing plants not goldfish after all. What is the specs on your airpump? Also I would question if light is coming through that green bucket. Maybe it's just the picture but it looks like it is somewhat transparent.

I have a black plastic bag tape around it and the pump im not too sure about. I got my local Hydro store for like 20 bucks

definitely need to upgrade the pump and the air stone

I say your PPM's are a little high. What is the day to day PPM level flux? She looks nice overall but seems to be a bit small for being a month old. As we know to high of a PPM level can slow things down. Don't be afraid to fill your bucket up. I run my 5 gallon buckets 2" from the rim of the bucket. This whole keeping your solution level below the net pot is a bunch of nonsense IMHO. A higher level makes for a more stable bucket and more room for more roots.

You don't need to do any sort of slow transition from veg to bloom nutes. Just do a bucket change to your bloom nutes. Again no reason for a transition period. I run Hydroguard myself. I give ZERO Fu@KS about bucket temps. My bucket right now is 74 degrees. I never have had root rot. At the start of my grows my buckets run into the low 80's till the plant is large enough where her canopy shades the bucket top. At my local shop Botanicare's Hydroguard is $31.00US a quart.

I would advise against running molasses in DWC. I run GH's FLORA 3 part plus, KoolBloom, CalMag and Botanicare's SilicaBlast. My advice is to hold off on the liquid KoolBloom till you have fairly good flower heads formed. A little goes a long way.[/QUOTE

hey hotbun, when you top off every 12 hrs, do you use the normal nute regiment, mixed first? or do you add to the bucket and get your baseline?

I take a PPM and PH reading at the lower water level first. I then top off my bucket with RO water, then add back my nutes to what ever they need to be. I don't pre mix.

Whats your PPM and PH levels at?
Bluelab meters pH 6.2 or 6.0 week 6 flower. 10 gallon reverse osmosis 30ml cal-mag 30 ml each Advanced Nutrients A and B 30 ml liquid koolbloom. PH down at 6.2 PPM diluted down to 400 normally 500 or 550.
Currently on week 7 10 mL of cal mag 30 ml each of advanced nutrients A and B and 7.5 G of dry koolbloom also 20 ml cultured Solutions UC roots was running beneficials until I notice problems then I sterilize my system to eliminate any signs of root problems there's no root problems though.
adjusted the pH this time to 5.6 ppm's 420
After doing some research I think I may have locked out my Cal Mag because I used the kool Bloom too heavy or too early. I either started too early at week three or too heavy at week 4 I Really don't know hopefully she will get better with only two more weeks to go. Could I make up for the setback with letting it flower in extra week making it a 9-week strain.

Could someone please help me today is week seven of flowers I've been having this problem for about a week and a half dwc Advanced Nutrients Bloom A&B calimagic liquid koolbloom
cut out the stuff from different brands you don't need to run kool bloom or calimagic with those nutes I use tap water instead of RO to avoid needing any cal mag

stop adjusting your ph! If you want to hassle with ph adjusting and ppm get a different brand besides AN you are messing it up by adding the up and down and the extra calmag, 30ml per ten gallon tank is waaaaaaaaay too low, use about 8ml per gallon at that stage, though I would be at 12ml most likely. You will likely need a couple extra weeks

I have a blue matter that is doing the same thing, only plant in the garden that does it, mine is because its very wind sensitive, when i take it out of the cab its fine, but as soon as i put it in with a fan on low the leaves wrinkle and flip upside down

I finally got the thumbnails to load, overall man that plant looks decent, leaves will die off this late in, keep in mind they'll go through a stage where the bud growth isn't evident to the eye, which can make you think they are stalling. for cal mag use the brand that goes with your nutes, I can't remember what the name is but it's in the lineup somewhere you have to look in the descriptions

i would say bring the KB down to 1ml per gal, shit is potent, im in 5 gal dwc, about half full and use only 2.5 ml during rez change

Thank you very much for the response if I use 8 mL of Cal Mag my ppm's will be very high and leave no room for base nutrients and I think I might burn the plants because it's not even eating what it has. Advice? In what is a brand that you suggest I use for dwc I was looking at cultured Solutions

Okay thank you very much I'm going to look at some different nutrients today.

I'm sorry I also use Silica at 1.5 mil per gallon it raises my pH so I have to use pH Down if I don't use Silica my pH is spot-on 5.7 or 5.8
