DWC : lighting question

I have a small set-up, 3" pots, can I use HPS for the whole grow?? or should I veg them MH a little 1st??

if you have both light for sure use the mh for veg, then the hps for flowering in not hps the whole way.

Okay, sounds good. I just had to buy a 1000w MH for my other set-up... I could of got a little deal if I was buying 2 ...oh well, too late..lol. Thanks for answering ...see ya

if your not veggin for long i wouldnt bother buying a mh.
