im using a 4gallon dwc with no res. is that okay???

im puting 6 tsp. of grow in
and my ph is at about 5.5
but my plants are only about 5 inches tall
im using 2 65 duel spectrum lights
but im bout 2 throw ma plants under my 250W hps
but i want 2 start cloning
i juss bought a fog/mister box
i was wondering can i grow and harvest clones in my fog/mister box under my duel spectrum lights?
