I'm running my setup with 1000watt hps in a cooltube, 9 DIY Bubble buckets and a six port bp. In a 6x6 tent. I'm using technaflora nutes BC bloost, Grow, thrive alive B red. Been using the same nutrients for several years. I've had success with CFL's and the the bp setup in a closet for a few years. Now that I've upgraded. I've had nothing but problems since upgrading. Just had to restart a little over a week ago because heat (87F) and water (380ppm) were causing problems. I've since installed a RO unit which gives me 00ppm water and an AC I have dropping the tent to about 74F-78F. I'm Having problems with yellowing leaves in the new round.
I'm growing White Rhino, OG Kush, and some very lemony "kush" I got from a bag.
The clones were started in a cloning box I made. Placed into 1" rockwool cubes once roots were established. Veg'd for 2 weeks under an 85 watt 65k cfl. Once the roots were popping out of the bottoms, I planted them into baskets with a mixture of washed off lava rocks from home depot, and some clay pellets from the shop. I started them in the buckets and bp with RO water ph corrected to 5.5-6.0 with no nutes (20ppm). After a couple days once I noticed new root development outside of the nets I added nutrients and ph adjusted to 5.5-6.0. I raised TDS level to around 400ppm. After another couple days I think I'm starting to see more color in the leaves, but I'm not sure.
