Dwarf grow sudden change need help?

It is week 4 of my dwarf grow and i change solution every week in my DWC but I have not been flushing one day per week like I usualy do. So I just took out nuts and added my h2o and h202 and my best one started to want to lay over or away from the light like is to much. I know this isnt the case because every other is fine. What did I do? SHOCK from know nuts? PLease help. Im online waiting to change if I need or just wait it out. Thanks:?:

I guess i can answer my own question. It was just to much water. I filled part of the bucket and then top filled over the roots and it got to much h2o but it soon cleared up.
