Here we go. I'm starting a grow from a bunch of white widow and strawberry cough clones. I will be updating and changing equipment as I go. I just switched soils to Happy Frog organic soils.

At the moment I have 9 widow clones and 8 strawberry clones.

The first two pics are strawberry clones as of 11-14. The next two pictures show the same clones as of today. I've topped (FIMed) two and I'm trying LST on the other two. We'll see how things go.

Thanks bro....and FYI you can't go wrong with strawberry cough....if you haven't figured that out from this forum yet:bigjoint:

And I just noticed the rule stating not to post in another's grow journal unless asked to, so by all means post away. Criticize, suggest, ask, comment, whatever..... Just me know what you guys think and feel free to throw in any helpful pointers.

Oh and to replace the 600W HPS/MH ballast that I'm currently flowering my other plants under, I think I'm going to get this

$162 plust about $35 for a lamp cord...what do you guys think? Also, I've never run a 1000w HPS before, so what bulbs do you guys recommend? For the bulb my big concern is quality.

I would go with sunmasters, they're my favorite.

ive grown the dutch pasion WW before it is very killer smoke. but they can be a trick to grow. make sure to give the plants a decent flush before flowering to get rid of the execess nitrogen in the soil. There very sensitive to nitrogen burn. also keep the humdity around or above 50% to keep the leaves moist. My freind just got done with 2 plants of the WW there wasent a leaf on the plants when he got done flowering them lol!! (nitrogen burn) and they still produced 3 oz a peice.

They have a very destinct smell when smoked.( spicey type smell) and its very stoney!

if you can grow them right it will be some of the best smoke you have ever had:leaf:

I wish you the best:bigjoint:

hortilux bulbs are the best imo. they have blue spetrum built in, but they are more expensive. $100- $120 for a 1000w

More expensive is fine when it comes to the bulb so long as it still lasts as long as the cheaper ones do. I'll definitely order one of these to give them a shot.

Thanks for the suggestions with the WW. I really need to get a new humidifier to get my humidity up some. I'll definitely be sure to flush nitrogen before flower too. Thanks bro

I hope a noob asking a question is cool here.
I'm growing dutch passion white widow now and am currently holding them in veg while I build my second box. My question is if my plants are already 24 inches tall, how tall can I expect them to get in flowering?
