what do you prefer? a "worked" line that produces a keeper pheno 1 out of 100, or a pollen chucked f1 that produces a keeper(sometimes multiple keepers) per pack?

Hey darwin great thread keep those pics coming!

The dp bb i smoked smelt mainly berry (in a mrijuana sort of way lol) w/ skunky undertones, sweat taste and puts a smile on your face like no other weed i've ever tried, just overall happiness, it's a really speacial moment, not the strongest weed i've smoked but the great upbeat feeling makes up for that, just my experience.

The only thing that came close in terms of euforia was jack herer but wasn't as good, great strain, prob stronger weed but just not the same straight up smile on your face weed, you'll know it when you smoke it.

i'm giving nirvana bubblelicious a run as i've seen great things from their seeds and it's described to have the same euphoric feeling but seems like more of a stable strain (+ its cheaper :D), blueberrygum from g13 also seemed great.

gl and hope your grow go's great!:leaf:

I've been buying alot of blueberry strains the last few years mainly because I miss the old blueberry that DJ short had in the 90's and have yet to be happy with any of them. Some are good weed but none the taste of the old one that I miss. The only one that even came close was found in a pack of Bluebonic from SOL and it only had hints of it in the aftertaste. I've tried DP,DJ short both regular and true blueberry and many others and the search continues. I did find some good smoke in a few of those strains but no berry keepers and most of the Dj strains had alot of hermie and mutant's in them. I'm not talking thai mutant quality's but retard mutants.

Hey guys. Sorry for the lack of updates...my cam broke and is out for repair. Plants are doing well and fattening up nicely. They all have a distinct skunky berry smell. The seeded plant looks like all the seeds are just about ripe. This strain hasn't been half as bad, to grow, as peeps set me up for. I'll try to get some pics up soon. We are at 6 weeks now...give or take.

glad to hear you got lucky...trust me thats all it was ....dutch passion is literally one of the 4 worst breeders out there riding high on their fame producing garbage imo....i popped a 5 pack a while back and got 2 hermies 2 decent plants that never came close to producing that clssic elusive blueberry smell weve all found before oh and the 5th plant was a flat stem morph that hermied later....i probly already posted this somewhere way back but idr lol

hello, I am very first time grower. My dp blueberry lady at the 8th week and 4 days of flowering. She is a tall plant almost 2 meters(6,23 feet) but tied down. I am planing harvest at the 10th week. But all of the pistils still white. Is this normal? I also checked the trichomes. They are almost fully milky...

It's my understanding that a "worked" strain will produce a keeper 6/10 females and a 1/100 is an unworked F3 pheno?

Had mine hermie on me couple months back but may have been my own fault...I knew going in they were finicky I guess u can say, & my temps got away from me qite a few times. Gonna give it a try now that I'm able to keep temps @ 78-83 & keep a nice cool dark period, I think that might work
