dust control

Does anybody know how i can control dust.I noticed what almost looked like grey mold invading some of my lower leaves but was not affecting the buds at all.So after further investigation with a microscope and some reading i found the supposed mold to be little dust fuzz balls. My 4" intake is at the bottom of my cabinet, and at the base of my plants where a majority of the dust is.Is there anything i can put inline that wont restrict airflow into the chamber?and does anybody know what dust does if smoked. HA HA.Ive smoked buds that have been found laying in the corner for who knows how long and no ill affects.
Thanx:weed:

Tape a furnace filter to an opening cut in one side of a cardboard box, then run some ducting from your air intake to another hole in said same box. Use a hepa filter if you want to really filter the incoming air.

About the simplest thing I can think of is, just try stretching a piece of "Panty Hose" material accross your intake.

thanx for the replies.I have a one gallon tote with lid.I think ill run one end of my intake into the tote and fill the tote with cotton balls.Ill put some small holes all along the bottom of the tote for air uptake, hopefully the cotton balls will filter most of the dust.

I have a 10" inline fan exhausting out and a wall mount cool operator jr. also 10" on constantly. The intake is at the bottom of the chamber and about 7" away from the plants.I dont really see what a fan blowing in as well as out along with misting could do for dust control.I would think more dust would stick than is already on the fan leaves.
