Ok folks, this is one of those humor threads but it may beat down some myths as well.

I always thought the dumbest thing I ever read was that growing upside down is a great way to grow... But we have a new winner in the vertical forum "I heard a 600w was better than a 1k for vertical growing because you get more light because the plants are closer...and you save 400 watts"

Lol

Anyone else? There are sooo many. Hard to choose

I don't know if this thread should be in 'toke n talk', or just my answer LOL, but......
I once had a customer try and tell me that the coolant leak that he claimed his car had, would not show unless the engine was turned off, because with the engine running, the coolant would not stay in front of the hole long enough to leak out.

Somebody started a thread recently that said Indicas are an abomination the world. I think he may have been trolling though. Either way, troll or retard, it was the dumbest shit I've ever read.

Earlier in the season there was someone who said that droplets of water on your plants would act as magnifying glasses in the bright sunshine and cause your plants to burn up. I LoL'd

lol lol toke & talk for sure

A coolant system may leak more when a vehicle is hot and then turned off, and less when running. I see it often. I remember when my intake manifold gasket blew that thing whistled like a freight train after I shut it off but drove fine, just over heated. Then I would pull over and chooochooooo!!

I think OP ment dumbest think you heard about growing..?

Whole plant drying shrinks your buds more then trimming at harvest:lol:

well this is kinda true...to a certain extent, ya know.

Did you know you can start a fire with a clear baggie filled with pee. It acts as a magnifying glass...same as water droplets under a hid light. But it only effects the spot directly under the droplet not the whole plant.

Car wax manufacturers finally figured out that the traditional 'beading of water' after waxing was not good for the newer paints and changed the way of thinking about it, making the waxes so they sheet the water off instead of beading up and burning little circles in the paint.

Ya, on the growing part LOL
But on the leak, It was one of the demo's from one of our salesmen, and the guy swore it had a coolant leak, even after I pressure tested it up to 16 lbs with him watching and cardboard on the ground under it.
It was an ongoing 3 week ordeal under warranty because he was upset after finding out the guy that sold it to him didn't disclose that it had been repaired with less than 10k miles on it after the salesman blew it up. (Piece of shit salesman, even killed his girlfriend, sent her through the windshield of his demo after the 'leaking one' when he crossed the double yellow trying to show off, and went head on with a tractor.)

Sounds like the salesman had a little to many ponys to handle...Like that guy test driving the vette on worlds dumbest drivers, trying to show off like a moron and wrecks it. I mean, I show off a little but come on there is a time and a place and only with your own shit.

"Let your plants get to the point of wilting before watering them."

(Neighbor...all his shit is fluffy anyways.)
