If you have a drill with drill bits use a 4inch plate or pipe to draw the hole then carefully use the drill to make small holes around the marked 4" hole until all the way around and pop the wood out. Make sure to secure the plywood and have a piece of timber under where your drilling for the drill bit to go right thru the plywood be very careful
A hole saw would be ideal or a jigsaw

Dude I am pretty sure the site is entirely for drills and power tools. This would be an application for a cord or cordless drill. A jigsaw works but the finished result is based on your competence and steady hand.

Just go to your local hardware and ask for the necessary bits to run a 4" hole saw.

Dont worry i will, also someone PM'ed me and told me to put both fans on the same side of the box one on the bottom of the wall on the top of the same wall, apperantly it creates a circular air flow ?????
