Dud Clones from Burning Bush Nurseries

This is my first experience getting Burning Bush clones ( 8 sunset sherbet and 8 key lime pie) and they seem to be afflicted with the "dud" syndrome. Dudded clones exhibit stunted feeble growth with tiny fan leaves and short petioles, overly close node spacing, nutrient sensitivity and in flower stage the buds grow small and airy with no frost or smell. Im familiar with all the pests and deficiencies that can stall plants out and these dont show any of that sort of damage. I scoped for broad mites and looked for root aphids already. Ive read on forums that microscopic stem nematodes are the culprit but sounds like the jury is still out on a definitive cause.

I had heard a few people saying burning bush had good cuts so I dont know if this is a recent dip in quality or what, but it seems any of the rare times I get clones from a dispensary they are like this. It's actually what got me started pheno hunting with seeds and building my own collection several years ago. I dont get it, do I just have bad luck or do other established growers experience the same thing with club cuts?

The clones are a week old and Ill let them go for a while longer, but in my experience duds dont turn into nice plants even in good conditions with plenty of veg time, they just slowly grow from small clones into larger spindly plants with weird horizontal branching. I attached some pics with a solo cup and one of my own clones for size scale.
