Dual HLG 350R with Seedlings

Any suggestion on appropriate height and dim settings in a 5x5. First time with LEDs and am trying to avoid a good scorching.

The 350rs are solid I just pulled 2.1gpw at half power lol. I doubted it and tried to get wattage up but plants got stressed I assumed I'd yield less at half watt.. did I feck.

Them lights are intense u want 25inch before canopy at full power
They say 15 but it will go purple 15inch from at 70%

Seedlings I got now 30% and 5ft .

Let them grow the most the light just rack it as high as u can. Use the power diode on em to meetc


I am 4x8 ft in the tent with 3 of them in place running 8 plants organic water only soil and got 840gram using 400ish watts lol
