Drying in low Humidity

So my plants are done and hanging to dry. Very low humidity on the prairies this time of year, 25% to 30%. Other than drying to fast any other issues in low humidity? Temps are 20C (68F) constant in the tent. Any experience on this would be greatly appreciated..

Ideally for drying you are better off with a Rh in the mid 50s. During the dry you want the plant to breakdown the remaining sugars and chlorophyll. This should take 7x 10 days. Otherwise it may be harsh and smell like hay. Use a humidifier. If that is not an option I would cut the buds off the stems and put them in paper bags rolled closed stir a couple times a day to start.
