Drying in humid weather

I live in a tropical climate. Humidity is always north of 70% in my house. Right now it's 80%.

How do I dry out my crop enough to put it away without growing mold?

I’d rather dry in that then 100 degree bone dry heat. Just do what you gotta do to get the RH to 55% and the temp around 68-72 and you’ll be good. Dehumidifier. If it’s over 75 maybe throw an AC in there. The AC will help lower the humidity

Go back in time, throw away all the bottled woowoo juice and grow a high Brix organic plant. You cant get mold if you try at 28 Brix.
