Dry, yellow/brown, droopy leaves

Hi, so I've been reading a lot but I cant seem to find a consistent answer.

Top leaves are droopy, turning bright green/yellow and feeling crispy.

Lower leaves have brown spots and gone dry.

Plant is 2 months old, bubblegum strain.

I've been using guano that I pick up from a farm since the beginning, but had no problems until now.

I just put them under a 250w mh light, and before were on a 100w.

Also the top of the stem just turned a bit purple..I dont know if that is even a problem or not.

I'll take pics whenever I can.

Thanks, I appreciate any input.

mmm as I said, I use guano that I pick from this farm, literally as its falling from the animals asses..well not really but still.
I usually sprinkle some on the soil, I dont measure how much but I've done it 2-3 times in 2 months and it was doing well. I went away for 4 days and when I came back it looked like this.
I hope its not a nute burn cause today I gave it legit fertilizer.

My other 2 babies are looking pretty bad too...
