drug test on 90 day evaluation

Has anyone heard of a company doing this

Sure, it happens quite often depending on the company you work for. They know lots of us stop using to pass a piss test and then start up again right after we get hired. They want to make sure we're on "the straight and narrow" path when we're working for them. And, of course, most companies can give random piss tests as well but rarely do. However, if you ever get hurt on the job one of the first things they'll make you do is take a piss test as part of the workman's comp process.

Hopefully all this will change in a few years and pot will be legal and all this nonsense will be done with.

It's a saliva test bro. And we are kind of a little company not fortune 500 big haha.

Saliva test? That's really unusual but still within their right to do so as a condition of employment. But it does suck.
