Droopy Tops? RDWC

Plant Tops Are Droopy

1100ppm x700
5.9ph
19-20C (66-68F) water temp
rdwc (~60gal / 1000gph pump / waterfall each bucket)
heisenburg tea

So I went from hemp to rdwc.

Initially water level was just above the net pot. A few days later new roots started growing. A few days later the tops were a little droopy.

At that point I put the water level a little below the net pot. They got a little more droopy.

Then I raised the water level to just at the net pot.

Still droopy. one other plant is also droopy, different strain.

Only problem I can tell is, I stuffed the roots into the net pot and some of the roots at the top of the net pot are dying off a bit (air-pruned basically). I did get some through the pot and they were fine and have new roots too.

Not sure what's up?

looks overfed, and/or possibly a nutrient imbalance. the roots look fine to me. what are you feeding them? are you topping off from a reserve res? how has your ph and ec been behaving over the last week or so?

Genernal Hydro: Silica, CalMag, Micro, Grow, Bloom
Topping off with R.O. and float valve straight into system. (so just plain ro water)

Ph'd to 5.9
Ph has been going down the last few days from like 5.9 to 5.6, so I'll add a bit of Ph up to bring it back.

(..wait ph down .. ppm up.. so maybe it is just over feeding?)

I had accidentally transplanted them into the system and gone to 12/12 (thinking it was 18/6). it was 12/12 for about 6 days and I just put it back to 18/6. (not sure if that would contribute).

I just yanked a plant from a flood and drain was in Hydroton. Lots of root damage into a net pot and rdwc and it’s doing fine. I have ppm at 600. Until I see some growth is when I’ll up it.

Also if you have an air stone put one in. If there’s no difference then you know your water falls are working good. Kinda a side by side comparison.
