droopy seedling leaves

I got a seedling under some clf tubes and the first set of leaves looked fine now shes working on her 3 bladed leaves and they were slightly droopy so i raiased the light a little, not sure if thats normal with certains strains (1st ak47 grow) because its the first time i see that but any info would help! Thanks fellow growers. Here she is....

They can only handle about 200w of light for starters

Man. I have 18 seedlings in solo cups under 600. You can.veg under a 1000 as long as heat is in check. @Diabolical666 stop giving out false info.

Are you satisfied? Thats liberty haze on the right flowering. And some unknown flowering on the left. and my solos.

The solos are kinda small to be in flower...

12/12 from seed. New to indoors and trying some different methods.

Will be transplanted into 2lt bottles in a couple weeks.

We got a detective on our hands here. How did you come to that conclusion?

To answer yes. They are going 12/12 from seed.
