A droopy plant that is in need of
a good ol watering

After watering the plant and
waiting 12hours for sunlight to come back

Good to always remember not to overwater your plants. But make sure that they have enough water to survive though.

thats what I do with all my plants I dont water them until the leaves start drooping then I water the plant will tell you when it needs water and this also promotes root growth cause the plant will grow its roots faster to try and find some water.

This can also cause stress on your plant and affect both yeild and qulity. If you can get used to picking up your containers everyday and getting used to feeling the weight of them, you can better gauge when to water and water just before the droop starts and allow the plant not to feel the stress. This way also promotes root growth as you are still waiting for the water to be almost gone and allowing the roots to search for the water before watering. Depending on your soil mix, the weight difference is huge between wet and dry weight.
