Ok so I have a Problem and it is worrying me. this mornin I woke and found this bubbly film in my res. I think from the Ph adjustment stuff from Stealth Hydro. I think I went a little crazy with it yesterday. So Immediately followed the 8step recovery guide with hydrogen porixiode and cleaned the tank and added fresh water and nutes. Half now and the other half six hours later. This PH prob started cause I tried my tap water and its ph just tends to build up so this mornin I switche back to distilled and thats where I stay. I have switched to the same nutes as BlueyBong which are the pro gtrow, calmag+ and Liquid karma. They are droopy like they arent getting enough oxegyn but I have three pumps to three airstones. I was misting them with carbonated water and I think that might have done it too. Is the droopyness from shock of the ph flux or the carbonated water I misted them with or what? Any advise for this newbie?

Yea they look better today. I stopped misting them with regular water instead of carbonated cause someone told me that you dont have to do that until flower. I have to mist because even with a humidifer I have to mist to keep humidity @35-40% i AM MISTING WITH FILTERED TAP WATER now and am only using distilled from now on because after 12hrs and nutes in tank the ph fluxed .1from 5.8 to 5.9 and ppm is @625-650. Im on day 1 of week 4 from sprout.kiss-ass

hows that work..I have the same setup.altho mine are 5 gallon buckets..and two air stones per bucket..and when i mist..my humdiity goes up!!? and they are in veg as well..the humidity stays around 50.and then when i mist it goes up to 60-70%.....and last i knew..ur suppose to keep the humidity at least 50% or higher in veg..lower in flowering
why are keeping your humidity so low? wouldnt that make them curl upward for being too dry?
u confuse me..lol but your plants look lovely...
and i mist mine with carbonated water as well...and idk who told you that...but plants love co2 no matter what stage they are in..more when flowering..but once they are flowering and have buds..U DO NOT WANNA GET THOSE BUDS WET...
IM NOT A EXPERT,IM JUST SAYING....

I mist to raise my humdity and moisturise the plant. I am a newbie so I am trying to get my ducks in a row. My humidity was fine @45-50% until the stupid apt people made me get rid of my window A/C! Now I have a tower fan which keeps the closet @ 75 degrees with a res temp of 71. I also know that where my freakin humidity is goin! SO with a humidifier in the closet and misting I can keep it @35-50% Really its ok to co2 mist them? I was told because I have good air intake and fan circulation that the co2 misting could be drowning them out. I dont know but chitown makes me feel better with his input. I dont know anythink either so lets get to learnin buddy!

cuzz you have a pure ass indica and since indicas are soo dense many of them are prone to mold...wich is caused by high humidity....wich you are adding when you mist. but more importently man veg long!!!! trust me no less then 6 weeks, but 8 weeks is ideal for a strain like that

Yea I was plannin on veggin 4 a while it says to veg for 4 weeks, and thats 4 weeks vegging, not including the seedling stage which just ended about 10 to 12 days ago. But I was gonna veg for six to eight weeks depending on how they progress. Plant progress will be a guiding factor for me.

OK so after consulting roseman he was able to determine that I had to much heat from all my lights. They were burning up all my humidity! So I have raised the lights and even put in a new hydrometer just to make sure its not a faulty reading. He says they are a little heat stressed. If this doesnt fix then I will remove one of the cfls till it gets a little older. There is a befroe and after shot of the change.

Ok so I put the 30k 105watt side light away until flower and replaced it with a 23 watt 65k bulb that makes way way less heat. I then raised the reflector another 4 inches bringing them 6" from the tallest plant. (They were only 2" from tallest plant before. That solved everything. My humidity is stable @ 50% my resivor temp stays @68-71 degrees, and them temp under the lights is stable @ 76 degrees! sEE Pics!
