Droopy babies :(

2 plants 1 cup... sounds like porn to me. Not a good idea for growing though. Your plants look relatively healthy, I'd water less frequently. From the looks of it you have some minor nute/ph issues going on, might clear up giving them a chance to dry out in between watering. Definitely more drainage/perlite.

Put yourself in the plants perspective. Less roots = less water......When they are that small u only need a small little spill over it, and thats it. U want it to dry out as quick as possible

I like to keep it a bit damp because if it dries out too much the water doesn't penetrate the soil very well.
