Droopy ass leaves, and short and stalky as hell. 6th week veg. Please help!

well, if on day 4... when you dig into the top 3-4 inchs of soil, will it clump together in your hand? you know like kinda muddy? if so then let it dry another day or two.

If not you may be ready for a watering, also how r u on nutes? When I started I found once that they went droopy and kinda lime green cause I was only using a half strength mixture cause I was scared of nute burn. Turned out I was starving them and they just needed a good feed or two to get them back on track.

How the colour of the plants today? Got some new pics?

Also, one more thing. Any difference from the change of light and/or watering/nute schedule wont show in your plants for a week.

I know its a rough period to go through, but you cant judge if your changes have worked until at least a week later.

Happy Growing!

RRREEEEAAAALLLLLYYYYYY...???
Maybe I have been not giving enough nutes. Here's how I started and am at today. THis is week 6 of veg. The first week i did just water since FF ocean forest has a good amount of nutrients in it. I DID overwater at first (damn noobs) but i got that on track (i thought at least)
Then I started nutes every other water which was every other day or a lil more (now that i think about it, I may have been watering too much at first but towards the end of 5 weeks when i trasnplanted them to 2 gal pots they acutally DID need watering every other day, they got VERY light to the touch)
Started nutes: Flora Nova Grow 1/4 teaspoon per gallon, and I've been upping it a quarter teaspoon each time i needed to mix a new gallon.
After a flush a couple weeks ago where I just used water for about a week, that slowed my progress of nutes.
So right NOW following what I was doing I'm up to 3/4 teaspoon and I've added 1ml floralicious and quarter teaspoon of superthrive ( which is supposed to be for tonight if they're ready)
And yes they are lighter green than they "should" be as far as I can tell. I thought it was due to using distilled water this whole time and NOT adding any cal mag (which I am adding now, just to my RO water tho and not my nute mix) but ur idea of them being hungry and maybe NOT getting enough nutes makes sense as well.
and ya I will get some more pics up in a few hours, I'm at work right now :(
And I know the top almost half of the soil was pretty/very dry but the bottom was measuring at moist to wet in some spots at the bottom with the moisture meter so I was reluctant to water last night
What do you think about using that nute mix after letting it get PRETTY if not totally dry?? Or would you use straght water first? But then it will be another 4-5 days before they get that nute mix.... thanks for the knowledge dude!

Im going to say go ahead and feed, they dont look over fed (dark green) and no burn on your leaves so try a nice big dinner and see how they like it! :)

Alright, here they are right after "feeding" them. The lil one is one of my two OG Kush's (also frickin droopy, but kind of came like that) What is the key humidity for Veg?? cuz some day its like 28-30, I know lower is better for flower, but i dont know what is SHOULD be at for veg... I'll repost some more pics in a couple days... I hope they get better, seems like they just kinda slowly went downhill when I transplanted last wed, hopefully they snap out of it. What do you think about that pretty light green foliage?? it seems to be more on the taller two

God once these bitches perk up they are going to be beautiful!!!

Humidity should be 40-60% for veg give or take 10% is still acceptable aswell. Quite often my White Widdow veg`s are at 38% these days. But yes lower is better for flowering 20-40%

And of course the two tallest are the lightest... they are they largest and have used more of their inner reserves than the smaller ones. Therefore they are more hungry than the shorter ones :)

Honkeycorn

Good to hear, your situation kinda reminded me of myself a few months back so I thought I would throw you a little advise I had learned.

Remember to be patient for a few more days until you can expect a good improvement in their health. Let me know as soon as they get dark, Im betting they will with food now:weed:

Which oneis the OG? in the party cups? give all info on them to date and got any up to date pics?

Sorry, nevermind, just looked up. LoL.

Ok, Same deal... looks like its at least 2-3 weeks in veg... needs food agian I bet :)

Ok, ok, good lookin man... I will nutes is next water for those, and that might be tonight depending... and i'd say your probably right on the age of them...
I'll keep ya posted. Do you have this set to send you an email when someone posts here? If not I could just send you a PM. let me know.. im diggin the help for sure :)

BUT!! they have done this before like 4 - 5 times. All droopy ass then one day or two like "DEEAAMMNNNN" then in like a night I go down and SLUMP, droopy like WTF!!
And those are the two OG K in the party cups there. Man dude, that one is just struggling hard  I just fed em right after the pics there, hopefully that helps. 1/4 teaspoon floranova grow, 1ml of floralicious, 1/4 teaspoon superthrive

Hey bud, ya there is an option at the top of the threads called "thread tools" in there you can "subscribe" to any thread and set the notification option to "instant email" to my iphone lol. So ya I know asap everytime you post. :) or on any of the other threads im currently interested in.

annnnnd...... SWEEEET! they definetly perked up and look just slightly darker. Looks like they may bouce back a lil faster than usuall.

Saw the new pic of the OG, definetly hunger.... can see where the plant has had to "suck" out the nutriants it has from the leaves. These will come back too, but give them a while to come back fully b4 transplanting into bigger buckets.

Keep up the good work!

DAM lol looks like there getting rid of the excess moisture...let em get dry then soak/dry then soak its been working for me...just not to dry like 2/3 dry :) good luck man they should shape up nicely now tht they can get some light to the rest of the plant

Ya dudes. they are looking better, BUT like I was saying. This is like the 5th time they get all beautiful looking like that and sure as shit, this morning I go and check on them before work and they're already drooping slightly. Not as bad as before for sure but drooping more than in the pics up there. And at 9:30 am(when I checked on them) is the end of they're day so i dunno if they like get tired and start to fall a little towards the end of the day or what. But im gonna check them out tonight agian and snap some more pics. Especially if they are droopier then this morning, just so I can show you guys and see what you think.
And that lil OGK one thats all droopy really seems to hold the moisture/water longer then the other. I dunno if that even means anything? :)
I'll post later!! :weed::weed::weed:

Check my grow out man my AK-2 does the same thing and often....they may droop longer when they go into the down position ya knw up/down up/down :) due to them being over watered hence the leafs are thicker then they really ought to be and a little heavyer...they look fine tho and well matured I must say no worrys bro

Ya i've given them two feedings now. (The OG KUSH that is)
With: 1/4 teaspoon flora nova grow, and 1ml of floralicous, 1/4 teaspoon superthrive in one gallon
oh and like about a teaspoon and a half of diamond nectar

And ya I looked at ur entries earlier :) And did notice that. As long as its somewhat normal i guess im ok with that. Again I"M BRAND NEW! lol
those ended up turning out well for you then im assuming?? :)

ya the AK1 and 2 but 3 got fucked up from first nute feeding which stayed in the soil even tho I flushed and she got F'ed up again because of it so the secondary growth was just as bad ...sucks but she is still buding and triching like a CHAMP..triching even more then AK-2 :) w/e tho wont get to fussed up about it I learn next time I suppose lol and I was gunna say about if you nuted those small ones or not...urs could be doing what my AK-3 is doing....yes/no/maybe so :) idk lol

It's possible for sure. I actually transplanted that lil girl now twice back into its same cup cuz the moisture was just holding in there like a sponge. And the other two were nothing liek that. After I've done that now the soil seems to be taking liquid normally. It's still getting better lil by lil. The new growth isn't all effed up like the old. But like i said i only did a quarter teaspoon in a gallon so I wouldn't THINK that would be too much...?
