Droopy and yellowing problems on 2 week old girls

Idk what's wrong. I've never had this problem before on a grow. I watered with quarter strength Mammoth P 9 days ago by mistake, wrong jug. So I initially thought nute burn but they are all getting droopy or yellow tipped. I water every 4 days when cup is light and soil is crusted. I'm using 6 daylight CFLs 14w 2-3 inches away them cuz they're still babies (yes I have stronger lights). My soil is 7.2 pH. Nothing but water. My last feeding 2 days ago had 20% run off. They seem worse now. Not scared or worried but concerned. Any help is well appreciated.

They are bag seeds, Bender, and McFly.

74 degrees 49 RH

The soil should be more acidic that could be a problem. Personally I never grew in 7.2 pH soil so I don't have hands on experience with that. Here's my thoughts in no specific order....

When your plants are in trouble you back the light away with cfl I use 1 to 1.5 feet as a rule. Giving them nutrients was over feeding you are correct in that assumption. When we say allow the planter to dry we don't mean completely dry, cracked desert earth style. Some strains love this but for the most part you can have root damage from allowing it to be too dry. When we add too much nutrients we want to flush before the planter dries out because as it dries out the concentration becomes stronger. One of your plant is about ready to start being fed as the round smooth leaves (cotyledons) are turning yellow, that's where she is getting her food right now. So I would position them about a foot away from the light until you see them respond positively. You need to set your tap water within pH range also and make sure your pH is the same when just watering or adding nutrients. Another approach might be to lightly flush with 6.5 pH water for your next watering then follow the flush water with light nutrient water for the one plant with the yellow cotyledons.
