They all have issues and are overwatered and if you don't stop watering they will die. Don't water again till the pot becomes much lighter in weight.

So you think the drooping is from water log? I have them in standard one gallen potting pots and they have 2 inches of rocks at bottom underneath the soil to help with drainage and the top of soil gets dry pretty often that's why I water them often

And put a fan on them if you don't have one already. At this stage 95% of the water just evaporates, plant uses very little.

Do you all see the next biggest problem? Look at the stems in some pics. Streched the **** out. If you even have any lights on them (I Guess cfls) lower them as much as you can without burning the tops of your plants!

Sure looks like overwatering, and you might want to add some more perlite to you next mix. It will help with drainage and get more air to you roots.

Agreed, those leaves need light and the roots need air. Also, those girls shouldn't be needing any kind of support at this stage.
All the best,

WHAT KIND OF LIGHT? Cfls should be about 2-3 inches from tops, hps and mh would have be alot higher. I doubt you are using hps/mh!! Please clarify. 8 weeks, dude they look like 2 weeks. You need to transplant into better draining soil, perlite is just perlite, take the cheapest. Water only when top inch or two are crisp dry.

By 8 weeks I am referring to to moment I put the seed in the soil before it even sprouted I'm going by time I've waited thus far. I added a higheree density light I'm currently using floressant blurs one 4ft long and one 6 ft long I have them much closer than before. I was using one and it was almost 2 feet above plants. Also soil is miracle grow and I have 2" of rock bed underneath for drainage

If you're using cfls, you need to get them much closer as mentioned. I'd be careful about taking weak plants from cfls and placing them in direct sunlight. I'd move them outdoors for a few hours a day so they can harden-off and acclimate to the environment.
All the best,

I actually have had them outside fror a while just had rain for an entire week and brought thmem in so they wouldn't drown and 5 days after I did that's what the plant looks like now. In usin floresant bulbs the plants are doing fine. They areee starting to perk back up
